Mission Statement
At Fuller and d’Albert our mission is to provide our customers with a complete assortment of photographic products. We are prepared to handle all our customers’ needs with the best photographic supplies from traditional photography to the latest tools of the digital age. We offer a large inventory of products. If an item is not in stock we will work with our customers to fill their order in the most efficient and timely manner. We believe in communication with our customers from the time the order is placed until the delivery is complete.
Return Policy
- Items may only be returned up to 10 days after the shipping date.
- Sensitized Products such as film, photo paper, batteries and photo chemicals are not returnable.
- Returns must be authorized.
- Merchandise must be returned in new, resalable condition and in the original package with all package materials.
- The warranty card cannot be filled out.
- Refunds for items paid for by credit card will be credited to the same credit card.
- Special Order items are subject to a restocking fee.
Warranty Repairs
- Defective merchandise will be handled in accordance with the supplier’s requirements.
- All warranties are with the manufacturer.
- There will be a handling fee if warranty repairs are handled through Fuller and d’Albert.
